A “Help and Support” sub-forum would be a great addition. That way users have a place to ask questions without cluttering up the “General” forum. Not sure how deep the category tree can go, but since you seem to dabble both in Linux and BSD, creating those two sub-forums under the help forum would keep it a bit neater and organized.

Now, I have a somewhat reasonable understanding of the level of knowledge that some of my community members have. As they roll-in here I will be able to setup camp. It’s true that I dabble with BSD’s, but I can’t hold the fort by myself.
What I COULD Kickstart is probably a Debian category. And once again, not because I am an expert, but because my Debian experience is overall higher than with other distros. BSD category I can setup if BSD questions start flowing. I can always grab existing topics from General and move/sort them in the fresh new category.
Thanks for the heads up — I will see to it that I spawn something Linux/Debian titled for starters.
