Discourse should have a “Reply via Email” feature, but it doesn’t seem to be configured…

I have only configured Discourse SMTP server (the outgoing one) while incomming mails come to my personal inbox and Discourse never sees them. I tried to see if there is a quick setting for IMAP or POP in Discourse but I don’t see it at first glance. I will put this on hold today and review it again soon. The “account” from which forum sends e-mails doesn’t even exist, actually. It’s an external SMTP server service.
I promise I will research this further, so this topic can remain open. But it will go on hold for a little bit.
