Turning 40 wasn’t as big of a deal for me, but now that i’m on this side of 40 I find myself trying to do somethings that i should have done 20 years ago. Learning to code is one of those things. So here i am enrolled in Harvards CS50 program (intro to python), and really feeling like an old guy. I don’t know if any of you are trying new things on this side of life but i know the difficulty is just part of the journey and whether or not I ‘do’ anything with it isn’t the point. i am having fun learning again.
its still hard and a pain in the ass tho. lol

The beginning is always the most difficult part. Everyone needs some time to wire their brain in the right way. After that is done though it should be more or less smooth sailing as most of the introduced concepts are not that hard to understand once you get the basics.
Kudos for going out of your comfort zone and trying new things!

i think as you get older fun of learning kicks in sens it was so long ago school was involved that most people dont like learning after school becuse of the way learning is set up most people just avoid it, i on the other hand have always liked to learn but i allso droped out of school realy early and had facination of science witch has alot of things to learn like i wont use astrophysics or partical science in my life but i like to learn it just for the heck of it, resently or 1 and a half year ago i started learning programing but i have no pourpus for it.
